LOL & Deeper
An 8-week women's experiential healing circle
Go deep. Laugh hard. Learn something new about yourself.
An 8-week women's experiential healing circle for women who want to heal but also want to laugh so hard they might pee their pants.
The deepest and most lasting healing often happens when we stop trying so hard. This group blends improv games, psycho-spiritual education, and therapeutic group process — because doing the real work doesn't mean leaving your sense of humor at the door.
If you're a woman ready to go deeper — into your own story, your beliefs, your body, your relationships, your grief, your joy — without losing your ability to laugh at the absurdity of being human, this circle is for you!
What to Expect -
Over eight weeks, we'll move between play and presence: improv-based exercises that loosen the nervous system, teachings drawn from psycho-spiritual traditions, and the kind of deep group process that can happen when women feel safe enough to let their guards down and get silly.
No performance required. No polish needed. Just a willingness to show up and say "yes, AND".
Meet the Team
Sharon Seigler, MFT
Sharon's therapeutic home is the natural world. As a nature-based rites of passage guide, she helps people find their way through life's transitions by looking to the earth itself — trusting that our own cycles of growth, loss, and renewal are mirrored all around us.
Originally from Israel, Sharon has been married for over 20 years and is a mother of three. Her work is an extension of how she lives: rooted, attentive, and deeply connected to the natural rhythms that shape us.
Alyson Filippa, LCSW
For over 15 years, Alyson has walked alongside clients as a licensed therapist, doing the kind of deep, honest work that leads to real change. Having apprenticed as a Toltec spiritual guide, she weaves ancient wisdom into her therapeutic approach — blending psychological insight with ancient wisdom.
She's also a mother of three, a cancer survivor, and divorced — someone who knows firsthand what it means to fall apart and rebuild.
Together Alyson and Sharon are colleagues, friends, and fellow travelers on their own path's of growth. Over the years, their friendship has deepened into shared spiritual work — from tantra retreats to ongoing conversations about what it means to keep learning, evolving, and playing.
That shared commitment — to healing themselves as fully as they hope to help others heal — is what they bring into every space they hold together.
