I imagine you are here because on some level you are suffering. Or perhaps you are just confused and overwhelmed about your life plan. Maybe you simply have a desire to feel more joy and to have more fulfilling relationships with the people in your life. Or possibly you feel like you're "missing" something, as though there is more to this life that you yearn to touch, to explore, to know.

 

It is my belief that though we may feel alone, lost or even broken, we are not. It is my belief that we are never missing anything, we just have yet to remember who we truly are.

I am not here to heal you, fix you, change you, or make you better. I am here to help you find your way back to wellness and connection with what is most important to you. You have everything you need right now, right here, in this moment. It is my honor and privilege to help you find your way back to this fundamental truth. You are enough and everything is going to be ok.

No one can do this work for you, but there do come times where we benefit a guide, someone who has been there, and who knows the way and can shine some light in the areas that are just too dark for you to see. 

 

 

My work is eclectic and I start with where you are; my goal being to help you find integration in whatever form necessary. I work with the mind, the heart, the soul and the body to help you come into contact with yourself and to learn to find what you need from within. I am interested in working with you to help you discover your own inner healer.
