I imagine you are here because you are feeling overwhelmed, confused, or perhaps you are just wanting to experience more joy in life. Maybe your intimate relationship has ended or is causing you pain.
Perhaps you are struggling with being a new parent and the growing demands of family life.
It is my belief that though we may feel alone, lost or even broken, we are not.
I am not here to heal you, fix you, change you, or make you better. I am here to help you find your way back to wellness and connection with what is most important to you. You have everything you need right now, right here, in this moment. It is my honor and privilege to help you find your way back to this fundamental truth. You are enough and everything is going to be ok.
If you are ready to do your work, if you are ready to look deep inside and challenge your stories, what you thought was true, what you have been told your whole life, then you have come to the right place. No one can do this work for you, but there do come times where we benefit a guide, someone who has been there, and who knows the way and can shine some light in the areas that are just too dark for you to see.
My work is eclectic and I start with where you are; my goal being to help you find integration in whatever form necessary. I work with the mind, the heart, the soul and the body to help you come into contact with yourself and to learn to find what you need from within. I am interested in working with you to help you discover your own inner healer.
